The very first idea that would hit our minds while sighting the word COMMERCIAL is the same as the very first idea that had hit the mind of the lawmaker, while enacting the Commercial Transaction Law. It simply means swift justice, free from formalities, flexible to face the ever changing nature of the commercial transactions and understands the trust on which the commercial transaction is built. It is the same idea that motivated the lawmaker to come with legal rules in terms of evidencing and default interest etc. different from those rules dominating within the Civil Transactions.

This idea is the fuel by which we drive the client’s case so that the results we aim to obtain in any given commercial case would be achieved within the shortest time possible and that the result itself would suffice to eliminate any signs of loss the client may sustain due to disruption of the business, which resulted from the acts of the opponent.
